The judges will be looking for measurable results in areas such as academic achievements, skills development and overall performance in the workplace. Each person must be entered by his or her company. Finalists will be announced 12th June and finalists in this category will be interviewed by the judges at the BPF Offices in London on 17th June 2009. Finalists should be accompanied by their mentor or supervisor.

a. Briefly describe the background to your company and the person that you are putting forward for this award. :
b. Describe the person’s training and development programme and its objectives. :
c. Describe the progress that the person has made with references to skills development and academic achievement. :
d. Explain why this person deserves the award, including evidence of their effective overall performance, their initiative and their involvement in the company’s development.  :
A3i - If your nominee is selected as a finalist in this category, he/she will be expected to attend an interview. A winner will be selected from these interviews.
